Plans, trial and payments
Where we do not have a firm answer yet, we say so and point you to a person.
Cash on delivery and bank transfer are in every plan. Online payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, MyPOS, DSK, UBB, TBI and UniCredit leasing and more) come with the Business and Professional plans. For everything else we have not published a per-plan split yet, so ask us and we will tell you exactly.
Yes. Every plan can be tried free for 21 days.
Yes. You can move to a bigger plan at any time from your Plumtex account or with Upgrade your plan in the store admin. You pay only the price difference for the days left in your period; what you already paid is not refunded. That is what the 21-day free trial is for: test the plan before you pay.
There is no long-term contract. You pay monthly or yearly and can cancel at any time; a paid period is not refunded except as the Terms of use say. Yearly billing saves 20–23%.
Basic methods (cash on delivery, bank transfer) are in all plans. Online gateways are in the Business and Professional plans; the exact gateway list is in the matrix above.
